Dogs and Internet Services (Ouagadougou)

Hello Everyone,

We are moving to Ouagadougou from Namibia in April /May and I am hoping you can give me some advice on a couple of subjects:

1) We are hoping to bring the family dog with us. Has anyone recently imported a pet? Any advice? Problems or pitfalls? Where are the best/safest places for exercising a dog in town? Are there any decent kennels around in case it takes time to get our house sorted out?

2) Can anyone recommend a good home internet provider? Our daughter is only a few months old and the grandparents in Europe are desperate for regular Skype 'conversations' with her. Getting our home internet sorted will be a priority!!
