Moving to Philadelphia

Hi all ,
i have a job proposition to relocate to philadelphia by the end of the year.
First , i would like to get a grasp regarding the monthly rent.
i am single so i would like to rent a place in the center near to the pubs,restaurants etc.. and i would be interested more in a 1 bedroom condo fully furnished with maximum services .
the rental should be for around 1 year.
