American interested in moving to Prague

I am an American interested in moving to and working in Prague. I have a daughter (college student) and we really are in love with the city and were wondering how difficult is it for an American to get a job in Prague. I have 20yrs experience in customer service (currently working for a major US airline in a call center)

Any information would be helpful. I have visited a few websites but the whole work visa subject is quite confusing....
