Searching for a Czech bank with low fees (Prague)

I am looking for a Czech bank with the lowest fees.

I have searched a lot and compared the prices. Finally I opened an account at Unicredit as I thought they had the best conditions. But this is not true! Because they charge you plenty of commission when you exchange from Euro to CZK. Actually they don't name it commission, they even tell you that there is no fee when you transfer from one account to another. But what they don't tell you is that they put their commission on the exchange rate. So you get a horrible rate and not the one which is used by any other European bank usually.

So does anyone has some recommendation? I assume that online banking is available with all the banks in Czech Republic. An account with two currencies Euro and CZK would be nice but is not required. CZK would be enough.

It makes me really angry to see how these banks like Ceska Sporitelna, HVB, Zivnostenska Banka, Komercni Banka, Raiffeisen, Citibank try to fool someone!
