The Holidays in Puerto Rico

Buenas tardes,

December marks my one year and fourth month anniversary in Puerto Rico. Hardly enough time to really know all the great things to do around the holidays in PR.

Please help create a PR Holiday Activity List.

I'll start:

1. Two weeks ago I spent a Sunday with friends driving through Mayaguez downtown to see the Christmas lights on our way to kayak in La Parguera. Amazing! Mayaguez goes all out.

2. Coquitos of course (the "egg nog" of PR)

3. Tree lighting ceremony in Old San Juan (with Mayor Santini and family)

4. Christmas Boat Parade in the San Juan Bay

5. SoFo Food Festival
