Private lessons to learn Latvian (Riga)

Does anyone recommend a private tutor to learn Latvian? I would prefer someone who has a flexible teaching schedule. Has anyone tried this before? I don't have the time to take regular classes, and don't have the patience to learn from a book without regular assistance and guidance. Any idea of the costs of a private tutor?
