Clinic or Hospital for shots (Rio de Janeiro)

Does anyone know of a good clinic or hospital that will give me the inoculation shots and pills I need before I go to the Amazon. They are nothing out of the ordinary, just typhoid, Hep B, Malaria, etc.
I have Blue Cross Blue Shield health insurance (Blue Card International) which should cover this.
