Ear specialist in Rio (Rio de Janeiro)

Hi

I'm in desperate need of help!!! I have had non stop problems with my ear whilst here and ear infections etc.... I recently had another and I'm being passed round one incompetent public hospital to the other, drs here seen to be baffled by the ear... I went to a so called specialist the other day and he syringed my ears!!! I'm at my wits end... If I have to pay fine but does anyone have a recommendation! Please!
