Conference call services that actually work?? (Riyadh)

Hello everyone,

I'm currently in the U.S. but still do much of my business/meetings with colleagues in Riyadh. I am having huge difficulties finding a conference call or virtual meeting service that actually works 100% of the time. I've tried Loop-Up conference call service and the paid version of Go To Meeting. Neither are reliable, and my colleagues and I have wasted a lot of time with them.

Does anyone have recommendations for excellent conferencing or virtual meeting services that work very well for U.S.-KSA meetings?
