Permanent Family Visa Istiqdam office (Riyadh)

Help!

The website of the Istiqdam office is down. My husband has been trying to apply for our permanent family visa for a long time now, but can't. He's gone to the office and talked to them, but they say they can't do anything without an appointment made via this website which isn't working!

Does anyone know what to do? If there's another option? If we can apply through the American Embassy?
Any advice would be helpful!
