moving to SLC (Salt Lake City)

hi all!

Currently living in Barcelona and talking with work about moving to Salt Lake City.

How are your experiences? How is life in Salt Lake City, how is the city like? I hear very mixed opinions so would love to hear from people actually living there :-)
Would be moving alone, is it hard to socialize and settle or quite ok still?

THanks for some information sharing…would be helpful in my decision making
