Expat meet up groups Alphaville/Tambore? (São Paulo)

Hi there

I moved to SP in Jan and recently moved to Alphaville with my husband. I am due to start maternity leave in a week with our first baby due in less than 4 weeks.
I just wondered if anyone knew of any expat meet up groups in the Alphaville/Tambore area? Would be good to have some company and activities whilst on maternity leave, and even better if anyone knows any mum and baby specific ones?
