Finding a job - moving to South Korea (Seoul)

Hello Everyone,

I know that lots of people have already spoken about this topic , but i hope anyone can provide me more information

My name is Ali im from Egypt and im working in Izmir - Turkey as an Electrical Engineer in the Export office , i speak arabic , English , and little turkish.

I really would love to immigrate to South Korea and i need information about how to obtain a residence permit , and is it possible to have a residence permit just by having some money in the bank account ? or maybe studying the language in one of the governmental language centers

And is it possible to find a job for me with my experience and language skills ?

I would really appreciate it if anyone can give me any information
