Pronounciation of yes in korean (Seoul)

I am an german/italian girl living in Stuttgart, South of Germany. I have started with korean classes online, just for fun. I hope that I can soon do some real classes in Stuttgart. There is a korean school here. I have a question: how is the correct pronounciation of the word YES? Many say it is neh (with N), but when some koreans talk, it sounds sometimes like a d-sound to me. Deh instead of neh.
Is both correct? Or is something wrong with my ears?
