Property prices & long term rent & summer heat ... (Seville)
We are currently planning to move to Spain next year and need to be near a British School. We are currently looking at Seville, or somewhere near Sitges, (near Barcelona.)
It seems that there are very few places in Seville to rent for under Protected content - is this correct? Is Seville more expensive than Sitges?
Are (for sale) property prices higher in Seville than elsewhere?
Where do most expat families choose to live in Seville? (Are there nice and affordable areas in the vicinity of the St George's British School?)
Also- I am an artist and would need a studio with high ceilings and good natural light- is Seville a place where it would be likely to find such a place?
A few friends have warned us of the summer heat in Seville - online I find contradicting information - does it go beyond 40 degrees c in the summer?
Looking forward to hearing from a Seville local,
Thanks in advance,
