Contractors rate in Singapore Oil&Gas bussiness

Hi,
I have been approached by a head hunter based in singapore offering a 2 years contract for an engineering company in singapore. I have no clue about the rates that are applied in the Oil&Gas bussines for 9 years experience Process Engineer. Do you have any tips or hints reagarding this issue? They said that they do not offer expat package so I guess the rates have to be higher to cover accomodation, etc...
any advise is appreciated,
