Sometimes Christmas was a bit challenging, for me, first to be in a hot country, then no family around. I used to always book myself onto a yoga or health retreat,now what it does, it means I am with new people, but in a small group and plenty of things to do all day...yeah so it worked for me to fill that time of year.
