Hairdresser/Hairstylist for blonde hair (Singapore)

Help pls! ;)

I have short blonde hair and I need a good hairdresser/hairstylist I can trust. (read as: it won't make me turn into "something" orange or a "wannabe korean pop star").

If anyone can recommend someone/salon which does good cuts and color (for caucasian hair!) and has expat clientele, that would be marvelous. I've been doings some "research" and big salons like T&G gave me an approximate price of Protected content hair is like 5cm long) and I find it a bit "much".

Hints please!
I need someone I can trust and 'I've been in a business for 25 years' does not really motivate me. Think: fresh, stylish, excellent.
