I was wondering whether any of you can help me. I am looking for private medical insurance, however, it seems that plans will only reimburse you which means you have to come up with the funds to pay for the treatment first.
I was wondering whether there are plans which does not require you to pre-pay and then have to bother with the hassle of reimbursing with the insurance company.
In other words, I'm looking for something like the British private medical insurance system whereby there is no transfer of funds between the patient and the hospital, but rather between the insurance company and hospital - and crucially does not require the patient to dig from his pockets first! Is that possible in Singapore?
