Hello to all In-members in Singapore,

The results of the recent survey on “cultural & social events” revealed that majority of members favoured the following (top 5 in the list):

=> Nature walks Protected content Singapore Town Walks; Guided tours: Orchid farm, Botanical Garden…
=> Day outings Protected content Trip to nearby islands; Treasure hunts; Cycling in Pulau Ubin;
=> F&B Protected content Cheese & wine, cooking classes…
=> Sports Protected content Wake boarding; Diving; Fencing; Tennis; Squash; Football; Sailing, “skiing”; Golf; Fitness; Rollerblading; Paint-ball…
=> BBQ Protected content Sharing national home-cooked dishes / meals, “meet other members’, dinner

I am now asking for members (ideally minimum two persons per event) accepting to organise and coordinate one of the following events, such as:
a) Guided tour of Singapore Botanical Garden and Orchid display.
b) Day-trip to “outlying islands”.
c) BBQ on East-coast (Sharing national home-cooked dishes).
Certainly, those could be held within the next 6 – 8 weeks as weather conditions improve.

Furthermore, please note that we already have the following ongoing:

==> Steak Club: Coordinated by Thomas Timlen and held approx. every 6 weeks.
==> Diving trips: Coordinated by Hendrik Bohne; details on separate thread.
==> Gourmet Club: Coordinated by Peter Gerber. Next event planned for 3rd week November; venue to be advised in separate thread.
