Recruitment Team Leader, Sofia
We are looking for strong candidates who has extensive experience in the recruitment business in Bulgaria and Eastern Europe and has track records in achieving team and personal targets; Reporting to the Operation Head EMEA, the Recruitment Team Leader will manage permanent recruitment hiring through a team of onsite Recruitment specialists and Coordinators.
Based in our office in Sofia as part of a dedicated recruitment solution you will be responsible for:
• Pro-actively engaging with the client to understand recruitment needs and drivers to ensure appropriate resourcing strategies are aligned and put in place and forecasting is achieved
• Ensuring the team are meeting Sarina consulting performance target, KPI’s and SLA’s
• Managing budget/spend onsite and reporting on the team’s performance through monthly Meetings and reviews.
• Management of recruitment/induction, team performance, appraisals, development, reward and succession planning
• Leading the continuous improvement and development of the service
• Actively sourcing and sharing recruitment & business knowledge
• Providing specialist advice & guidance to the client on market dynamics, recruitment policies & procedures and best practice
The successful candidate will have a strong Recruitment seniority/ Management background, and have proven experience meeting and exceeding recruitment targets. You will be driven by quality and providing a first class client service.
