Driver licenses and Visas, fun:) (St. Petersburg)

Ok I have a US and Norwegian license. Due to my work I will only be in Russia for no more than 30 days at a time, I work 2 weeks on 4 weeks free. Do I need to convert my license? Has anybody done that, and how hard was it? Do they take you US one?

Due to my work, what would be the best Visa? Do they have 3 yeaer multi-entry visas that will allow me to tavel to work in Norway regularly. We would initially be invited by a local Russian Bank for my wifes work. Any tips suggestions? Thanks.
