I am looking for a Regional Sales Director for a luxury watch brand company.
Position is based near Stuttgart.
Some of the key responsibilities are:
* Implementing brand strategies and policies in countries such as Netherlands, UK, France, Italy and Spain.
*Develop and execute business plans to deliver sales targets within A&P budget and achieve volume, profit and distribution.
*Planning and implementing long term strategic business and marketing strategy + product assortment
*Organization of all wholesale activities
*Effectively implement local marketing and brand relations
*Supervising implementation of annual promotion and activation plan within respective sales channels leveraging sales results
Please note that for this position German is ESSENTIAL as well as of course excellent English. Additional languages such as Spanish, Italian or French will be a huge plus.
