Thinking of moving to Sydney

Hi everyone,
I was just wondering about your opinions and maybe some tips.
I am 27 years old, native Polish I have an aunt in Sydney (she lives there since the 80's) that has invited me to come to her. I have a masters diploma from Managment, I am bilingual (Polish and English) but this is not the point. I have never been in Australia and have lots of thoughts rushing through my head what should be the basic steps and how to plan the moving part. The most important thing would be what kind of visa should apply for and how long it takes go a visa (in general)? I would go there to see my aunt, help her (she is already an elder person) but I also would like to have a work permit.
