Squash players target world record to back Protected content Bid.

Squash players all over the world are uniting on the 20th of October to create the biggest squash match in history, with two teams - „Team Squash“ and „Team Protected content playing in one global match to back the world’s healthiest sport bid for a place in the Protected content Games.

Metro Squash Club from Tallinn is taking part on World Squash Day, Saturday October 20th from 11.00 – 16.00, to swell the numbers and hopefully attract new players to the sport.

The format for World Squash Day has a Protected content . Clubs are invited to field two teams of 20 players (or less), with rival team members playing one game up to 20 points (e.g. 20:0, 10:10, 12:8). The scores from every club will count towards an overall global result between “Team Squash“ and „Team Protected content .

In addition, Metro Squash Club will welcome everyone who have never played squash before. If it is your first time and you wish to try this exciting sport, active players from the Metro Squash Club are willing to share their knowledge and give you guidance.

World Squash Day organisers hope the total figure of competitors will run into the hundreds of thousands, and enable them to claim the event as the biggest sports fixture in history, as well as the biggest squash match.
