Georgian Visa (Tbilisi)

I'm a U.S citizen, and I will be moving to Tbilisi in January Protected content . I plan on staying for a year or two. Can I get a Visa within the first 90 days when I am in Georgia, or do I need to get a Visa before I even enter the country if I plan on staying?

I don't plan on working..but I might later on down the road. Do I need a separate working visa as well?
