Pilates and dog rescue (Tirana)

Hello!
Does anyone know of a decent Pilates teacher in Tirana as opposed to a gym instructor who knows a few things? I'm desperate to find one!
Also, is there a organisation here working to help the street dogs? I keep wanting to rescue every dog in sight but with a small flat it's hopeless! I thought maybe I could help a local organisation instead.
Any ideas would be most welcome!
