Doctors, Allergists and chiropractors (Toulouse)

Good evening all,

I've been in Toulouse for just over a month and it's time to find a doctor. I'm looking for a general practitioner, preferably one who specializes in allergies.

I'm also trying to find a chiropractor. I went to one last week, who had plenty of diplomas on his wall, but never actually touched my back. €50 and over an hour later, he had adjusted my chi, or chakras or some other thing and then sent me on my way with a list of nutritional supplement recommendations-which he happened to sell-and the sage advice to quit eating gluten. After the anger subsided, I realized that it was actually a blessing that this voodoo 'doctor' hadn't gone anywhere near my spine!

Any recommendations? I live in les Minimes, but am willing to travel.
