Hiring an Assistant/Co-Ordinator (Tunis)

Hi All, I am currently seeking an assistant to delegate key tasks as follows:
1) Expand existing database that is well established In Tunisia but I require a planned expansion into Algeria with business development by making appointments for meetings with expat high net worth clients.
2) Must speak Fluent English, French and ideally Arabic but not essential.
3) Business to Business Sales & Marketing experience would be an asset and preferable, but again not essential as full training will be provided including induction training and role play over the first 3 months probationary period.
4) Networking skills
5) Polite, courteous and good telephone with business acumen
6) Fully Computer Literacy with Word, Excel, and ideally Filemaker Pro, Mac
7) Prepared to travel if required
8) Self Starter, Self Discipline, Pro-Active and good problem solving skills
9) Must have the ability to work from home comfortable

In return for the above I will pay a salary plus commission to reward by results that makes this a very attractive package for the right person
