Gym/Health Club in UB? (Ulaanbaatar)

Hi All! I am not living in UB yet, but will do so soon. I have also visited UB a few times before, so I kind of know my ways around a little bit. One thing I am looking for, though is a good gym with a pool and a sauna? Any ideas anybody? Thanks a lot! Looking forward to meeting some of you soon! Martin
