As our world is becoming 'global' (smaller) and our skills more technical (specialised) we start seeing certain trends in hiring processes around us. Unfortunately, although they can be explained, not always positive for neither parties involved.
This in mind, I was wondering, how global minds like us - who have sometimes due to their experience perhaps more than one skill to offer; have you encountered a brick wall? glass ceilings? how do we deal with this.
Therefore I took the liberty of creating a new group for multi-disciplinary (or trans-disciplinary if you will) professionals so we can exchange our findings, ideas and maybe even anecdotes. It is a global group, but definitively I expect especially from the Viennese community an overwhelming avalanche of interesting postings ;-)))
