RWR application - accommodation (Vienna)

Hello all,

My employer is applying for my RWR card. For the proof of accommodation, I have leased a place for 2 months, with much difficulty and sent him the lease contract. My employer mentioned yesterday (probably after meeting the authorities) for the RWR process, I had to show a 2 yr lease contract. Most of the landlords I talked to weren't willing to rent out even for 4 months for someone who is outside of Vienna. Even serviced apartments show a max duration of 3 months or so. How do I proceed?
