getting married in Poland (Warsaw)

Ciao Everyone,

just wanted to ask for some help about my upcoming wedding.

after many years of living together, my polish girlfriend will marry me and part of her familys wish is to get married there instead here in Milan.

question is, my fiancee does not know where to start since I have Italian permanent residency and been living around Europe since Protected content , she does not know which documents or goverment offices in Poland to ask.

I hold a Philippine Passport and she wants the wedding in Poland.

Maybe someone here can help me with which offices i need to contact as i am aware that there maybe some problems with the language.

any information is greatly appreciated in advance.

also, if anyone can tell me how long these things get process...as she wants a June wedding..or sometimes during the weather is warmer.... just proposed last week. so everything is a bit in the rush mode...lol.

again, please hope youd find time to point us to the right direction.
