Polish English Translators/ Polish readers (Warsaw)

Hello Everyone!

I am about to publish my book in Polish language "Opowiesci z pogranicza swiatow".
I am not even trying to translate that title ;)
My wish is to share with most Polish readers all over the world with my stories and also cooperate with Polish - English translator who could work with me in the nearest future.
Currently I started a project (kind of Polish version of a kick starter) and am lost in marketing trying to find out the best way to reach those who really can be interested in the book and avoid spamming.
Your suggestions will be very much welcome.
