This time we are practicing MINDFULNESS :)
So, what is it all about?:
Protected content means maintaining a moment-by-moment awareness of our thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations, and surrounding environment.
Protected content also involves acceptance, meaning that we pay attention to our thoughts and feelings without judging them—without believing, for instance, that there’s a “right” or “wrong” way to think or feel in a given moment. Why is it so important?
Because, it influences your well-being from top to toe! Your brain, your genes, your self-compassion, altruism, focus... It has so many positive effects on your mental and physical health as well as your relationsips.
Many scientific studies have been conducted on the subject and they all showed that practicing mindfulness can help you!
