Afghanistan legalizing rape of one's wife?!?

I wanted to know what the community here at Internations feels about a bill or passed law (still unclear) in Afghanistan that would legalize the raping of one's wife among other things. As a man proud to consider himself a feminist, this is deeply troubling to me; am I alone?
