American (white collar crime) Justice?

India has Satyam's chairman Ramalinga Raju in jail with his brother B Rama Raju on charges of criminal conspiracy and forgery.

Denmark has Stein Bagger in jail on charges that he swindled USD Protected content using his company IT Factory.

Yet Bernard Madoff, who swindled USD 50 billion, sits in the comfort of his Manhattan apartment.

How can this be 'justified'??
