British Employment law

the company I've been working for 8 years as a Branch Manager, is closing it's branch in Prague for organizational reasons and "no longer financially viable" reason.
This came out of blue without any warning and I'm doubtful what my rights are. Except 7 weeks worth of salary I know nothing.
Can anyone please advise me on the British Employment law? Or reliable lawyer?
