the recent cases of child labour being used for many products we buy and use on a daily basis (apple is just the latest case but most of you will still remember gap and benetton - and these are just the cases that get discovered) bring this hideous practice back into light that we conveniently tend to forget. are we contributing and supporting these practices with our low price mentality? do we need to extend the fair trade idea onto non agriculture products as well?
