Do you follow Religion or Norms ?

I born and raised in Muslim country, where culture and traditions are influenced by Hinduism, Pakistani are more religious than Arabs, but completely different in culture.

Here in Dubai, I saw Muslims from different countries, following differnt norms and customs, that conflict with religion Islam, but some how they have their school of thought.

Is Christianity, Judisam, Bhuddism and other religions also conflict to their Teachings with traditions and cultures, where the followers are?
