Does The West needs socialist political party?

Do European and American countries need socialist systems and socialist political parties?
Seems impossible, but after thinking, i believe the answer is yes.
Why can't European and American countries do epidemic prevention? Why their infrastructure construction is slow and the poor can't be eliminated, vice versa,increased much in Protected content .
Because their government couldnot make such decisions, even can, but the capital behind is not willing to invest in these long-term projects destined to lose money or make slow profits.

However, the Chinese government takes the improvement of people's living standards as the ultimate goal, so it uses funds and strength to vigorously build infrastructure, which now obviously is a remarkable achievement. Moreover, absolute poverty has been eliminated in Protected content , and epidemic prevention has also been praised by the world.
I want to emphasize that The quality of the country system is not based on the people's freedom of speech, but on the people's safety, On the people's freedom, especially women and children, to walk at night, on the continuous development of society, on the continuous progress of science and technology, on the living level, on the qualification to study, food to eat, and medical treatment.

Those Western politicians spread rumor on China with freedom of speech, the intention behind is want to destroy China, better internally ruin an improving and progressing country. Anyone with independent thinking could see their faces clearly.
I suggest that people of insight in Europe and the United States should establish a socialist political party based on serving the people, so as to win the trust of the broad masses of the people, and finally play a role in national administration and contribute to the lives of their people.
