Economic Crisis Exposing Lack of EU Cohesion?

The current Economic Crisis is hard hitting Europe and whilst it wreaks damage on the world economies the crisis is having another effect on EU politics to the point that nobody can get along and agree on a unified solution to the Crisis for Europe.
The inability to agree and come up with a solution has caused critics to now call the EU “a fair weather construction” and that when pushed against the wall each individual EU state is only interested in looking after themselves and couldn’t care less about other members.
