Expat living in Germay

I hope to move to Germany next November, Protected content . I particularly like Schonau am Konigsee, or Berchtesgaden. Can anyone offer advise re: working visas and how to apply. Will be looking for a job in hospitality. Also, would be needing to rent a small apartment (2 Bedroom).
I do speak german, however, am a bit rusty ( I lived in Austria back in Protected content , studied at the Hotelfachschule in Bad Hofgastein.) I think it would only take a couple of months, and my german would improve.

Any help would be much appreciated.
