Family vacation in Camargue

Hello,

I want to go on a nice family vacation in Camargue this summer. We are three people: My wife, my three year old daughter and I.
I would love to live in a nice boutique hotel, or as an alternative in a kind of old farmhouse/vineyard re-decorated as a guest house..
Priorites: Family friendly, good food, either interesting outdoor activities available or cultural sites or shopping close by.

Do you have any suggestions? If you don't know hotels or guest houses for us, I would also be happy for recommendations about nice places to see, towns to stay at, etc..
Or maybe another nice region in France that we could visit?
