Had a life wobble and need to move to Spain

I'm a very active gal in my 40's and I will need to work and my husband is a site manager in construction in the UK.
I do accounts, admin and Health & Safety qualified IOSH.
I'd like to live within 2.5 hours of Sierra Nevada mountains as I love skiing
I have 2 dogs who will need to come too, one already has a passport.
Anyone recommend any jobs for English speaking (I don't speak alot of Spanish but will learn) and my husband.
Been thinking about this move for years and just want to do it now rather than waiting until we are old and retired! Who knows what is round the corner.
Need to get on with it!
