help..I lost my contact

hi everybody my name is yared am from ethiopia...am internation member since Protected content today I have Protected content from Protected content and the living Protected content but know it say I only have Protected content coming from 82 country I didnt do any thing I lost all my indian,ethiopian, USA,GBR.....contact its my first time to have this kind problem is their any one have this kind of problem before pleas help me to have my contact again
