Indian Cookery

I like to eat Indian food and love eating out in an Indian restaurant, and sometimes I order food to be brought to my home.

When we go out, we often go to a lovely Indian restaurant in Ealing, whiich is called Monty's Nepalese restaurant and serves tandoori mixed grill.

I am an Englishman, and would like to know much more about Indian food, the different kinds and where to eat it.

By profession i am a nurse practitioner in London, who has in addition a small business, with the vision of employing people in the third world.

i have created a blog, which is in it's infancy Protected content

i am in the process of hiring an Indian writer, and thus giving someone in the third world work.
