As part of the development of the World Alzheimer Report Protected content , to be launched on 21 September, Alzheimer's Disease International (ADI) is conducting a survey of people with dementia and family or informal carers to find out their opinion and experience of stigma related to dementia. We recognize the format of a web-based survey may not be the best and only way to collect this information. However, due to limited resources, we are piloting this to see if it is possible.
