Juniper berries and plowing with horses?

Hi all..
I saw pictures of Juniper berries and plowing with horses, really impressed me.
Harvesting turnip, mustard, horseradish, juniper berry.

So, I'm planning to go to Germany next year (spring or summer), to experience farming in European style for Protected content (harvesting, learn how to ride a horse, learn the culture).
I mentioned it to some friends, but everyone looked and laughed at me like i was crazy :)

I'm looking for farms close to some bigger cities in Germany which are easy to reach the airport or train station.

Anyone has information about those farms that somewhat meet my expectation?

And i think Wwoofing is not a perfect idea for my short trip to Europe.
