Lifestyle : Average Life Expectancy : What matters

I have recently discovered that Spanish people have a long lifespan, and it is likely to become the highest in the world, around 86 years.

To live long and healthy, what does it matter, in your view?

Currently Spain is in 4th place, with almost 83 years average life expectancy, topped by Singapore, Switzerland and Japan.

22% of population smokes, about 15% drinks alcohol every day, and they eat a lot of fat. Surprisingly, they have a healthy lifestyle, and it is mostly due to cultural habits.

1) They practice Mediterranean diet, eat less processed foods, drink red wine, and reduce food intake at night (tapas time!)
2) Go less to gyms but do more walks/cycling outdoors.
3) They sleep at night and during the day (Siesta), which improves memory and humor
4) Work more hours but slowly during the day. More breaks and prolonged time to have lunch.
5) Have an active sexual life, promoting well being and health. Spanish people are considered the best lovers (but that is debatable hahaha)
6) Castellano is considered a "happy" language (more emotive and loudly spoken, in my opinion)

What could benefit and increase the average life expectancy in the country you live? Since we have a diverse audience from several nations, it would be interesting to know.
